Business days: Open every day (closed on public holidays, New Year's holidays, and Obon)
Business hours: 9:30-16:00

Orders placed by around noon on the day before a holiday will be shipped on the same day or the next day after passing a credit check or confirming payment. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the next business day or later. If you would like to have your order shipped outside of business hours, please contact us by phone or email. We will discuss how to handle your request.
