In 1946 (Showa 21), Tatsuo Kimura founded Marutatsu Kimuraen as a private business.

Started tea cultivation and crude tea manufacturing.

Facilities: 60 ares of tea fields, 120kg tea processing line, reprocessing plant, etc.

Business: Tea cultivation, crude tea production, recycling, retail

2015: Kimuraen Co., Ltd. was established, with Masami Kimura as the representative director.

The company closed down its agriculture and crude tea manufacturing businesses and switched to reprocessing crude tea and selling tea leaves online.

Business description: Reprocessing, purchasing and sales of tea / Sales of food, tea utensils and tableware. Mainly retails tea leaves through its own website, Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon, etc.

In 2017, Norihiko Kimura became the representative director.

In 2021, Tomohisa Kimura joined the company as the fourth generation successor.
