Thank you! This is Tomoki (^_^)/

Tea is said to be good for the body, but do you know what kind of effects it actually has?

In fact, tea has such healthy ingredients that it is even expected to have anti-cancer effects!

Tea has been used for medicinal purposes since ancient times! ?

The history of tea being used for its medicinal properties dates back to texts from the Tang Dynasty in China. Shennong, who appears in ancient Chinese folklore, is said to have chewed all kinds of plants in the world to determine their medicinal properties, and if they were found to be poisonous, he chewed tea leaves to detoxify them.

Tea is said to be good for health, and it is surprising to learn that it has been recognized as having medicinal properties since ancient times. However, he is an imaginary character, and it does not mean that tea can detoxify all things. The important point here is that ancient tea was used for medicinal purposes.

The possibilities with tea are endless! What are the actual effects and efficacy...

So, what kind of potential does tea actually have?

First of all, catechin, which has the highest content, has various effects such as antioxidant, anticancer, antivirus, antiallergy, deodorant, etc. By the way, in Kakegawa City, where we live, elementary schools are holding tea gargles to prevent influenza! This means that tea has a strong antibacterial effect.

Furthermore, caffeine, which has the second highest content, has functions that energize the body, such as preventing drowsiness, promoting metabolism, and alerting the body. Tea is amazing!

However, tea is a food, not a medicine. Therefore, it is not possible to make a big statement and say, ``It has this effect!'' It must be said that these effects vary depending on individual differences....

However, although people in the past did not have scientific knowledge, they certainly felt the efficacy of this herb and used it as a medicinal herb, which is consistent with modern times. In other words, I personally think that it is effective even though there is no medical basis for it.

I would be very happy if tea was recognized as a medicine in the future. Because you can drink delicious tea instead of bitter medicine! (lol)
