I tried the limited edition fresh new tea! Here's how to brew it luxuriously

Hello, I'm Tomoki, the public relations officer for Ocha Tabi (^^)

Thank you very much for your positive feedback on our freshly made tea. One of our customers said to us, "It's been a long time since I've had such delicious tea." Thank you very much!

Well, that was a big hit. Today I'd like to introduce my own way of drinking it. It's a way of drinking that allows you to fully enjoy the refreshing aroma of the new buds!

Well, let's go!

Step 1

Use 5g of tea leaves for every 100ml of hot water.

If you are serving two people, use 10g of tea leaves for every 200ml of hot water.

Step 2

Pour the hot water into a teacup and let it cool to about 70°C.

If you touch the teacup and it's too hot to hold, you still have a long way to go...!

The right length is to hold it for just 10 seconds.

If the water temperature is too high, the tea will have a bitter taste.

The trick is to cool the higher grade tea thoroughly!

Step 3

Pour hot water and tea leaves into a teapot and let the tea leaves steep slowly.

There's no need to shake the teapot.

Wait for it to be extracted naturally.

The tea leaves submerged in the hot water will gradually expand. It takes about 1:30 to 2 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the tea into the teacup in several batches.

Even at this time, there is no need to shake the teapot more than necessary.

Even if the color is light at first, it will deepen as you pour it repeatedly.

Pour until the last drop!

The flavor of the tea is packed into the last drop.

Just being aware of this will improve the flavor even more.

Finished! It's the deep green color you expect from deep-steamed tea! If it's a little thick, it's been perfectly extracted.

Let's actually drink it (≧▽≦)

...It has little bitterness and a mellow sweetness. The moment I put it in my mouth, I was reminded of the aroma of a tea factory. This is delicious!

I would like to sell it again when the new tea season comes. I have one more in stock, so if you are interested, please buy it! (^^)!

The interesting thing about tea is that the way you brew it can completely change its appearance.
