The plum blossoms have started to bloom, so I picked some and made some flower tea. I use a tea travel teapot and an insulated vacuum stainless steel bottle. The aroma is trapped in the bottle and extracted slowly over time while keeping it warm. But you can enjoy the gentle fragrance of plums wherever you are. Both were delicious served on ice.
A video of how to make ice will be provided separately.
The tea leaves I used are green tea from Hinata Chagei, which I've recently become addicted to. This tea is grown without pesticides or fertilizers and has a wonderful flavor. I am grateful today for this encounter.
