[How to store tea]
After opening, the ideal way to store it is to store the amount you will use immediately within about a week in a tea can or zip-lock bag, and then seal the remaining amount in a bag and store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Also, when taking tea out of the refrigerator or freezer, be sure to allow it sufficient time to thaw before opening it to prevent moisture from condensing on the tea leaves.
The lower the temperature, the fresher the tea will remain. If you are storing it for a long time, it is best to store it at the very back of the freezer.

[About delivery of new tea]
The production period for new tea is from late April to early May, and varies by about a week depending on the weather.
Unless you specify a specific delivery date, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
If you order this product together with other new tea products, the later new tea will be shipped together as soon as it is ready.
If it is possible to send each item free of charge, we will ship them separately.

All teas priced at 800 yen or more per 100g can be sent by post (delivered in an A4 size box). (However, delivery dates cannot be specified and cash on delivery is not available.)

[When to switch between year-round tea and new tea]
Unless otherwise specified, orders received after April will be treated as pre-orders for new tea, and will be shipped as soon as the new tea is ready.
For orders placed before April, unless otherwise specified, we will ship tea that is available year-round immediately.
