Thank you for visiting Sawaya Kimuraen.
We are a small family run tea shop. Currently, the business is run by five family members and several part-time workers.
Since 1946, we have been dedicated to making tea in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the home of tea. Initially we were a tea farmer, but recently our main business has been the finishing and retailing of tea made by local producers. We consider the people involved in making local tea to be family, and we would like to do our best to help enrich the lives of families who live in harmony with nature.
And we will deliver the rich blessings obtained from it to everyone without spoiling it as much as possible.
In addition, we will create products and services related to tea that are relevant to the times, and create a rich life in harmony with nature and people.
